Testing project: Resistivity
Resistivity (also known as resistivity, specific or volumetric resistivity) is the basic property of quantifying the strength of a given material against current flow. A low resistivity indicates a material that allows current to flow easily. The resistivity is usually written in the Greek alphabet, rho. SI rate unit of resistance is the ohm meter (Ω ⋅ m)., for example, if the 1 m * 1 m * 1 m cube material has the chip contact, the two opposing sides and the contact resistance between 1 Ω, the resistivity of material is 1 Ω m. for our semiconductor material such as GaN material, SiC material, GaAs material, they are usually measured by ohm.cm.
Test equipment: Non-Touch High-R resistivity testing instrument,
Test Standard: Q/DXHJC0009
Test result: >10^5 ohm.cm or (0.001-0.002 ohm.cm)
